Alpaca yoga. Kelly Carver from Kelly Carver Studios will be leading our classes. Kelly has been a yoga instructor for over 20 years earning several certifications from Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health, Asheville Yoga Center, and the Yoga Training Institute. However, more importantly, she's my sweet friend.
Participants will practice yoga for 50 minutes in the pasture among the alpacas. You need to provide your own mat and we encourage you to bring a towel or blanket for underneath your mat as well as your own water bottle.
If you want to book a private, group yoga class, please contact us. Minimum of 10 people. Great for birthday parties, girls' time, extended family bonding and more!
Loved it! Appreciate that the yoga instructors could appreciate the time we wanted to spend with the alpacas and it was a great set up.
The Alpacas are just cool and magical! Yoga moves are very basic level so don’t let that stop you. You will laugh and have fun!
This will be my second time doing yoga with the Alpacas at Good Karma. The farm is beautiful, the setting and atmosphere is perfect. The class is casual and welcoming to all. There’s no pressure to do anything a certain way, mostly because there are so many adorable distractions. Most yoga practices teach you to live with distractions, this one embraces them. I had no fear or discomfort during my practice. Only laughter and sunshine. Thank you for sharing your space and animals with the community.
Yoga was peaceful and relaxed which was great since I am a beginner. The alpacas were very cute and friendly! I highly recommend giving it a try. Next to do will be to take my kids to do the farm tour.
Hard to believe this little gem of a ranch has been in my backyard all these years… I had a fantastic 54th birthday with three of my good girlfriends in about 15 or 20 adorable alpaca! The vibe in the setting and of course the instructor, Kelly all came together beautifully. I highly recommend this experience! More alpaca than yoga, but all good!
